Here are some recent pictures of designer Seema Krish presenting her line to our New York showroom staff. We now represent Seema Krish's fabulous artisanal textiles in our Pollack | Weitzner showroom in the D&D Building!

This spring has been all about color, but we haven't forgotten about our neutrals and textures! Loosely stacked above are some of our favorite natural draperies (think lineny, lacy, airy, light!)  The three designs shown are Belle de Jour in pearl (on top), which is woven in small town in France and translates as 'beauty of the day',  Loggia in ivory and linen - a classic leno weave, and Flaxen Lace in swan and linen - blending both rustic and simplicity and refined sophistication.

We are thrilled to share that Catalina and Lucia (both of POLLACK's customer service department) are taking on the challenge of competing in New York City's 2013 Aquaphor Triathlon! For those not familiar with the event, it consists of a 1500m swim, a 40k bike, and a 10k run. Cat and Lucia are racing to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, to help fight blood cancers. 

Words from the girls - “Although people think we’re crazy (especially for willingly swimming the Hudson) we’re both extremely happy to embark on unchartered waters so to speak, as well as learn new skills. We’ve met awesome survivors, wonderful coordinators, mentors, highly skilled trainers and a vast stream of friends! We’re in it to win it, save lives, AND find a cure! Go Team!”
