Textile artist, fashion designer, Wanlass Artist-in-Residence and MAKER Liz CollinsKnitting Nation project made its West Coast debut at Occidental College on November 6. Over the course of a day, knitters used 450 pounds of yarn as part of the performance art piece. Liz also did a big zig zag yarn installation in Los Angeles - which references our Aphrodite and Zeus fabrics. It's called Distancer-Pursuer and it was in the Mullin Gallery at Occidental College. Here are a few images:
